Dr. Dish Shooting Lab Registration Form

7th-12th Grade Boys and Girls

This shooting camp includes 6 one hour small group trainings utilizing the Dr. Dish shooting machine.

Each session is limited to the first 7 players.

Camp Fee: $145 per player per session
